JEM Investments was founded in the summer of 1995 by Jonathan, Elaine and Mordecai Varsano.Originally a partnership formed for the purchase of the Grace View Apartments, JEM Investments has grown into a property management company and real estate investment organization.
Jon Varsano
Mr. Varsano has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1993 with extensive experience in managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
He worked with Grubb & Ellis and Progressive Real Estate honing his skills as a broker and investor.
In addition to his numerous business ventures, Mr. Varsano has also been treasurer of a non-profit organization, the Yucca Corridor Coalition, and is involved in several other charitable activities. He has lived his entire life in Southern California and strives make a positive impact on every community where he lives, works, and invests
